WWE 2K16 comes out in a few weeks and I still wasn’t sold on it. The main reason is because the creation suite is the one thing that I look forward to the most in these games. I can spend hundreds of hours creating wrestlers, arenas, belts etc. Sadly, almost all of these features were removed from WWE 2K15 among other things. Today, 2K pulled back the curtain on the creation suite and I can happily say that I am finally excited about WWE 2K16 because all of this looks fantastic.

In the video we get a look at the revamped Create a Superstar, Create a Diva, Create a Championship, Create an Entrance, Create an Arena, and the brand new Create a Show. The one thing that I am most interested in is the new Create an Arena as it appears that you can move and position props on the stage. This is something that I have wanted for years. Previously you had to choose from a selection of preset backgrounds for your arena.

Finally, we got a look at the brand new mode, Create a Show. Honestly, I am a little confused as to what this is. It looks like you can create name plates and match up backgrounds for arenas you create, which I assume will be used in WWE Universe mode. Either way, all this stuff looks great and I know the first thing I will be doing as soon as I get my hands on WWE 2K16 when it’s released on October 27th.
