Are you running out of space on your PlayStation 4? Yes, you can upgrade the 2.5″ hard drive in your console, but what if you want something bigger, faster, stronger?

Nyko has a solution for you. The Nyko Data Bank for the PlayStation 4 replaces the 2.5″ hard drive in your console with a unit that sits on top. The design of it makes it looks like it blends in with the system itself.

With the Data Bank, you can now put in any 3.5″ hard drive. These hard drives tend to run larger and less expensive than the smaller laptop sized 2.5″ ones. Pick up a nice 6TB 7200 RPM drive and you’ll have space galor for all you game saves, data, and recordings.

It looks like a nice solution to a problem that heavy gamers have. Nyko hasn’t set a price or reveal a launch date yet, but they think it should be out in the first half of this year.
