Disney Infinity 3.0 has been pretty popular on the various consoles for the last couple of months since it released. This really shouldn’t be that big of a surprise as it is a really enjoyable experience. There is now a new option in terms of platforms now thanks to the release of the PC client for the game, which is available free of charge from the official website.

Yes, I said free, however there are a variety of in-game purchase options available on the PC version that won’t be found on the home consoles. What you will find in the free version is the standard Toy Box experience. From within this mode and the software, you can purchase additional characters to use as well as the various playsets that are sold physically in stores. This is really more of a demo than anything, so expect to pay some money if you intend on using the game’s core features. However, if you have some extremely young gamers in your household who just like to run around on the screen a little bit, this might appease their gaming desires for a little while.
