Announced at Blizzcon early in the month, the League of Explorers expansion for Blizzard’s virtual card game Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft was upon us so quick we didn’t even have time to write it up. We are now two weeks in to the single player adventure dishing out new cards and discover metas to all. However, next week the adventure will take a break between the 3rd and 4th wings. That’s all well and good because I didn’t have enough time to bank enough gold and that week will work out just perfect for me to stockpile the 700 gold needed to unlock the wing with in-game currency. The wings can also be purchased with real money, $6.99 for a single wing which discounts to around $5 each when buying two or more.
