WWE Immortals is hitting iOS and Android devices next week on January 15th and various WWE Superstars have been confirming their inclusion in the game via social media. Showing off their in game renders, it looks like this game is a mix between WWE and Mortal Kombat, which shouldn’t come as a surprise since it’s being made by Netherealm Studios, who make Mortal Kombat.

So far the confirmed roster is as follows

  • John Cena
  • Brock Lesnar
  • The Rock
  • Big Show
  • Sheamus
  • Triple H
  • Nikki Bella
  • Brie Bella

No other details of the game have been released yet but I am going to assume that this game will be very similar to their Injustice mobile game which was also very good. I am disappointed however. These character designs look awesome. I really wish this were a full blown fighting game on next gen consoles. I can only hope that if the game sells well enough, Netherealm may develop the game for consoles.
