Plex is one of the best ways to view your media. It does a great job at providing you with a view of all your videos and movies and the Plex server does a great job at transcoding various file types to something that your client and view.

Xbox One was the first next-gen console to get a Plex client, but we can now throw in the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 3 as well.

The app looks similar to the Xbox One and Vizio and will be rolling out through various countries. Initially, only Plex Pass members can use the app, but that restriction should be lifted sometime down the line.

Plex is pretty awesome and I’m glad to see it appearing on more platforms, especially the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
