A guy called Roystan Ross has remade the first level of Bomb-Omb Battlefield in Super Mario 64 in HD. You need to download the Unity Web Player plugin, and you can play it right in your browser!

Apparently Mr. Ross made it as a demo for his new Super Character Controller, a way to play Unity games in 3rd person. It controls really well too, I’m excited to see what else will become of it.

You can play the game in your browser here, and you can check out Mr. Ross’s blog here. There are downloadable versions on his blog if you can’t get the plug in to work; I had a little bit of trouble getting it to work, but I was successful in the end.

Happy Star hunting! Try not to get too distracted.
