Ys VI and Akiba’s Trip announced for PC release

XSEED Games has announced that role-playing games Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim and Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed will be making their way to the PC this spring. Before now Ys VI has only been available on the PlayStation 2 and portable systems, the game will be receiving high-resolution graphics, USB controller support, widescreen support, ability to warp between checkpoints, and an optional Catastrophe Mode that disables purchasing or storing healing items.

Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed will also receive a host of PC improvements including Steam achievements, USB controller support, and include the built-in Visual Editor that allows players to alter the game’s appearance through various visual filters.

Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim is scheduled for release this spring for PC and will be available on Steam, the Humble Store, and GOG.com. Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed is also scheduled for release this spring for PC and will be available on Steam.
